LAKE CALDONAZZO

The lake Caldonazzo is the Valsugana’s largest lake. It is fitted up with several shores. Only on the lake Caldonazzo it is possible to practice water – skiing. Lying on its shores, the towns of Caldonazzo, Calceranica and Tenna are ideal starting point for various walks. There are several free – entrance beaches suitable for children. The different bathing establishments are all well equipped and offer many services such as game rooms, areas for children, pedalò hiring, bar and restaurant services. The four nautical clubs organize sailing – races and various competitions at a national and international level.

 

 

 

LAKE LEVICO

It’s the second widest lakes of Valsugana. It has become a very interesting tourist attraction thanks to the spa nearby. Surrounded by green, it reminds you a Norwegian fiord for its particular conformation. Its shores are fitted with two bathing establishments and a free – entrance shore. Via dei Pescatori then is a charming walk along the lake, plunged into nature, the ideal occasion to restore your body and your spirit.
The most practised activity is fishing since the lake is inhabited by plenty of fish species. The biotope Canneto di Levico is also of great importance and it is situated at the southern most part of the lake.
