A SHORT JOURNEY: FROM THE PRODUCER TO THE CONSUMER

 

As well as the “Adopt a cow” project, the Valsugana Tourist Association has, for years, been committed to promote the consumption of local products mainly in the areas of production, in local accommodation and eating facilities. This aim has also been embraced by the TRENTO AND VALSUGANA WINE AND TASTES ROUTE, which has helped this project by choosing producers and farmers of the valley able to provide their produces and to show their production and making methods.

 

 

 

 

 

Embark on this food and wine journey in search of out territory’s local products and specialities.
In the following section we want to offer some suggestions for organizing a holiday dedicated to taste and to the discovery of a rich basket of products available on your doorstep ( 0 km products)
