THE GRANITE WAY (Cima d’Asta 2847 m. s.l.m.) The Granite highway is a splendid ring in the unique granite area of the Cima D'Asta mountain group - Cimon Rava, in the Lagorai mountain chain. The highway follows a network of ancient paths and former military roads which start from Malga Sorgazza and then go on to meet the two mountain refuges in the area: The S.A.T. Refuge Ottone Brentari and the Caldenave Refuge. You can follow the path in a clockwise or anti clockwise direction. Booking is recommended for the refuges.
